Excellent location. Nearby restaurants, shopping, and a nice beach. Pleasant to ride a bike along the coast. A handful of the homeless people we observed were courteous.

My favorite food place is California Sushi and Teriyaki at the end next to UPS. They used to be on PCH across from 7-11 and closed down after many years. I just found they reopened in the Plaza Hermosa. Great Chicken Teriyaki bowls, mouth found watering Tempura, Super Sushi and California Rolls. Everything is so good and large potions. I'm so happy I found them here.

One of my doctors had a satellite office here. It is just a bit smaller than his other office but clean & friendly. There is free parking upstairs & downstairs but it does fill up quite quickly. It is very close to the beach & you can smell the salt air.

Love the Customer Service at Vons (Pier Avenue Heromsa Beach). The tall lady ( reminds me of Dru Barrymore 🙂) with the reddish brown hair at self checkout. She is always friendly and helpful. And Yvonne that used to be at self checkout is always friendly. They Always wear their Mask 😷 I appreciate that. Thank you for serving the community and maintaining a safe store for employees and customers. Hi Ladies 🇺🇲🏖😷

Plaza Hermosa offers a lot. There is CVS, Pavillions. Jersey Mikes, Wells Fargo and union Bank on the pch side. Dentist and more. Go slowly as the parking lot can get crowded and it can be tight. They have plenty of handicapped spaces so if you need that feel confident. No separate public restroom but the market has one. Sometimes at night it can get weird. So ladies be conscious of your surroundings. There are some homeless at times and one or two can get loud but all in all I feel safe there. They have security walking around the parking lot. They also have a Charging station for your electric car. The Pavillions has a Starbucks just in case you don't want to wait in a super long line at the one near by. Just a heads up. They now have a Habit burger in the Plaza.

Such a fun familial beach spot, something for every age. Bring the kids scooters and let them play while you relax nearby and enjoy tasty beverages and excellent food. The newest "Tower 12" restaurant and bar is a must..like being invited to drink, dine and hang out at your best friend's place at the beach!

Great area. Nice beach, restaurants and shops close by. Nice to bicycle along the strand. We saw a few homeless but they were polite. Lots of dogs being walked along strand and while we were there everyone cleaned up after their dogs.

The service was excellent and they had 2 great special that l took advantage of. I was able to walk down to the pier and see the Redondo fireworks. Walking back we had a drunk trying to follow us but a nice couple made sure we got safely into our car and that he drove ahead of us, they were like Earth Angels👏 …

Plaza Hermosa is my little secret place, it has a Vons market, cvs and an ups store. So in one visit I can hit all the three places and there is a chipotle next door, I will pick up my lunch and I am done. 4 places in one visit, quick, efficient and never busy!!
